Our studio is  Northeast Pennsylvania’s only dance studio specializing in Zumba®!  Whether you choose to rock your body to the intense rhythms of a traditional Zumba® class, or take it a little slower with one of our Zumba® Gold licensed instructors, or focus on muscle conditioning with one of our licensed Zumba® Toning instructors, or let your kids in on the fun with our Zumbatomic® program -- we have just the class for you! All of our instructors are licensed in the specialized areas in which they teach -- Zumba® Gold, Zumbatomic®  and Zumba® Toning are specialized Zumba® formats which require special licensing -- don't settle for copycats!  Having a variety of talented Zumba instructors at your service will help you find your Zumba niche --fancy choreography, more fitness based, lower impact -- we have several instructors which means you have several style options to chose from!

And because wellness is all about balance, we offer some slow flow and stretch classes to keep your joints and ligaments in great shape and to keep you dancing!

Price schedule for Zumba® classes:(Excluding Master Classes, specialty classes. Zumbathons, dance parties, dance lessons and Zumbatomic® Sessions)

$7 per class, pay as you go, or

$30 for 5 classes, or

$50 for 10 classes

(packaged classes need not be used consecutively)

or

Monthly Membership: Unlimited Classes all month long for $40 (excluding Ballroom Dance Lessons, Zumbatomic classes and Master Classes, pre-school classes or special events)

Are you ready for the fat-blasting, ab-defining cardio workout that is sweeping the country? Burn up to 1,000 calories an hour! A mix of kickboxing and simple dance grooves set to heart pounding dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout!

Ballroom, Latin and Swing Dance Lessons with Bob!

Ballroom dance encompasses so many dance styles, from Cha Cha to Salsa  to Swing!  Bob Bader will have you gracefully gliding across the dance floor in style!  Classes take place Thursdays @ 7:30 pm and cost $15 per session or 4 consecutive weeks for $50.  Come alone or sign up with a partner, either way!

Cardio Kickboxing with Jeanne Bowker

We all know that true fitness requires that you mix things up a bit.  And while we can dance all day long, a little POWER added to your weekly workout can go a long way to designing that body you have always wanted.  Join us Tuesday nites at 6:30 pm for this awesome fitness experience with an equally awesome instructor!
